Keep calling but no one comes back to me

On the 6/01/2014 i called in to the upgrate call centre to upgrade my phone, i got through to a lady who was assisting me and then i asked her to call me back 5 min as i was busy. 1:30 min i called in and another man assisted me with the upgrade, he told me that the phone would be delivered the next day with a sim card. The phone arrived the next day with no sim card. I went to a vodacom store to purchase my own only to find out i had been put on the incorrect package, i called in and a lady said she would assist me and call me back. 2 hours later i called in and spoke to the supervisor Bongi who said he would have it changed and would call me back before the end of the day. on the 08/01/2014 i called in 5 times to get hold of Bongi and was told everytime he would call me back which he did not, i then got hold of another supervisor who said he would assist me and call me back in 30 min, its been 3 hours and still no contact has been made. what kind of service is this??? can someone please call and assist me asap.
