Terrible service

Ooked flight on website. message came up saying "Oops we cannot process your payment". tried again same message. Called bank, bank says payment went through 3 times. called Kulula provided reference numbe from Bank. No response since. This was 3 weeks ago.

Still have issues now. Mom has urgent doctors appointment. Kulula's option is to pay R843 to change or forfeit everything.
