[URL Removed] - no customer protection!!

I booked flights online and selected the instant EFT payment option, which Kulula goes to great lengths to advise you that you only have 1 hour to complete the payment. This gives you a pay now button on Kulula's website, which directed me to what they refer to as the SID system. While trying to complete the payment an error message occurred which advise that the payment could not be processed. On the flight confirmation, banking details were also listed, so thinking I was being a responsible consumer and trying to comply with the 1 hour payment term, I preformed an EFT, well within the 1 hour deadline.

Today I was contacted and advised that my ticket had been cancelled, due to me not complying with the payment option I selected. When I inquired as to why no warning was given to say that instant EFT payments are only acceptable through SID, and that EFT is not acceptable even within the 1 hour and how I could be held responsible for their system error, I was merely told it is not their system and therefore they cant provide any warnings or be held responsible. They were willing to re-book my flights, but guess what - now at DOUBLE the price!!!

I PAID AND THEY DIDN'T DELIVER!
