Booked a BA flight bit they used a Kulula plane. When I book BA I expect the comfort of a BA plane and not the uncomfortable Kulula plane, when I enquired I was told the regular plain is out f service but that the flight is serviced by BA it is just a Kulula plane, that is like buying an iPhone and receiving a black berry and being told that the software is that of the iPhone. What compensation do you offer your passengers for having to use a less superior service then that we are use to on BA?
