I have so much to complain about with myciti buses, first tge west beach bus takes forever to come.and if they come they are late. I lost my card on the 4th October 2013, I went to report it to one of the stations (bayside) they told me I should bring my old card no.and I have to register my card with my ID book. I did just that, then I was told to buy a new card and I told them I wana register my new card I was told they are off line I have to come back after 2 hours. I did just that I went back to work and came back after 3 hours.and I was told that they can't register my new card coz it takes time I should come back, I didn't say a word I took my card and my ID book went back to work. I asked about my points that I would them to be refunded into the new card, I was then told to call the 08000656463 I was on the phone for almost 30 minutes the guy I spoke to told me that I shld go back to the station and fill in a form n I wil be refunded after 4hours. I did that just after that I asked the lady who was helping me when wil I be refunded and she said after six months.and I asked her if I can register my new card and she said she can't do it coz the system is not working
