Hi there.. on the 2nd July was in Rea Vaya station at Klipspruit valley in Soweto the cashier there was so rude the system was slow and we waited for like 2hours on the line of which it wasn't his fault... It was my turn and I wanted to load cash so when it was time to put my pin the system said wrong pin and I told him my pin was right it is his system he physically threw my card and my money back at me and told me the system cannot I don't know my pin and I am holding up the queue after I took my money and stood by the side the lady after me gave him her card and the system said wrong pin again he didn't even apologise he told everyone to go to other stations the system is not working and I went to Thokoza park where I was assisted by Nokulunga Majozi and she said if the system says wrong pin the cashier need to help desk clearly the cashier from klipspuit is not clued up about these things. the following day I phoned their call centre and complaint but I never got feedback from them to-date I am still waiting for their call as promised by the call centre agent that I spoke to clearly the staff is like this because they know the management doesn't care about their clients
