I am not able to correct the name on my ticket!!!

I went online today and booked a combo deal (Flight and car) - booking IRVEPA, when i received the confirmation via email i realized that i had mistakenly entered my Mother-in-law's name as my wife's name but with my surname, we were chatting on the phone about these tickets which is why i accidentally put her name in.
I then called Kulula to get it sorted and was told by a very rude women that they cant change my name (Ashley was her name), to which i responded that i think its ridiculous that i am not able to change the name, my total order was bout R8200 which means that i have now wasted R2600 for a ticket. Ashley said there was nothing she could do, and had no inclination to assist!!!
Kulula big time, if they were to go back in their books they will see that i am a frequent flyer, but i am not impressed with this at all!!!
Does Kulula not support CPA? I JUST WANT TO CHANGE A FREEKIN NAME TO THE CORRECT ONE!!! We all make mistakes!!! I am not changing the surname!!
