When i traveled in Feb this year, i created a travel-bank with Kulula so that in future i can use the money from here to travel again. They sent me an email confirming that I have successfully opened up a travel-bank and sent me the account number etc..
This month i tried to recall the email but couldn't find it. When i called the call center they told me there is nothing showing up for my details. I spoke to the call center supervisor - who was the one who helped me create the travel bank - she tells me the same. The most frustration came when i asked her for her managers number and they just refuse to escalate the problem, This travel-bank account expires after 6 months and if i don't use up the money in then it will be lost.
What am i to do now?
