Poor "after-sales" service. GO TRAVEL

11th July 13 my brother paid CASH for his flight ticket to OR TAMBO re family crisis at GO TRAVEL in Grahamstown. En route to airport Port Elizabeth incurred severe car accident. Car written off, extensively personal damage, broken ribs, loss of right eye permanent, and more. I phoned Kulula before flight departed (recorded), and Informed GO TRAVEL, Kutala Dyibishe. I mailed all relevant documents incl. 3 doctors correspondence. (Available on request.) This seemed no problem at the time, however after numerous mail and phone calls, iKutala Dyibishe informed me that Kulula is to blame by dragging their hills with refund. TWO MONTHS LATER, no refund!
On enquiring to Kulula, they indicated GO TRAVEL is responsible to claim the refund. I subsequently came up with an alternative suggestion, as my brother and his daughter have to come to JHB to see specialists. Again GO TRAVEL claimed they have not received the refund, I see this as poor service from GO TRAVEL who took the CASH, R3000, and yet seemingly cant find the refund (Kutala indicated 3 weeks) I strongly recommend travelers booking thru GO TRAVEL and Kutala Dyibishe seek alternative travel agencies!
