Passengers be aware!! - Kulula does not take any responsibility for pull out trolley bags on their flights. If you happen to have a trolley case, and travel on Kulula, be sure that if it gets damaged, they do not take responsibility for it. I have had a bad experience recently.
After reporting my damaged baggage, no response from Kulula, my 2nd time around I got a call from customer relations offering me an R800 discount on my next flight with Kulula! Unfortunately I do not have any other case but a trolley bag, so sorry I cannot use Kulula. I intend to travel next week and will have to find an airline who does take responsibility for my trolley case on their flights
