I am currently on holiday in South Africa, to visit my family, as I work abroad. I wanted to visit my extended family in Abu Dhabi, UAE. I was told the VFS Global Services could process my visa. Upon my visit to DVPC Cape Town, on Wednesday, 15 May '13. I was told that only EMIRATES clients would be helped. I changed my existing incoming ticket to Emirates, as stipulated by the consultant and continued on Thursday, 16 May'13 to process my visa application. I complied with all necessary documentation as per their Guidelines and TERMS & CONDITIONS. DVPC then stated I would not be assisted with a visa, as I am not flying out with EMIRATES. The company that I work for needs to send me to Aarhus, Denmark. I am flying out with an airline that is not Emirates. What difference would it make to not fly out with Emirates?? I feel upset that DVPC only let me know at 15:15pm, When I wanted to speak to a Manager, they refused and directed me to their JHB branch. I then called JHB and listened how the CPT branch told the JHB consultant that I am a rude client and that she (JHB consultant) would SHUT ME UP!!!
I want an ANSWER!!! I want SOUTH AFRICA to know what BAD SERVICE THIS IS!!!
