Despite using kulula for all my family members incl myself and with all the delays and problems the airline give us, we are still loyal travellers! I booked a ticket for my mum this morning only to learn that she has made alternater arrangements to travel back to durban. Kulula tells me that I must pay R342 (freakn ridiculous) just to change the ticket then the price in difference. This is unacceptable. surely you could at least give me a discount voucher for my next trip seeing that I made the booking less than 12 hours ago and I am a loyal traveller. Are you people so dead set on making money that you cannot even give your travellers some help now and again! I will not use Kulula again. Very very disappointed with this.
