Incompetent bunch of sorries

I have a booking with Kulula for next week Wednesday. I cannot travel to Durban due to work related issues regarding passing away of Madiba. I call to ask for my money to be transferred into my Travel Account and the Agent does not know what I am talking about. Irritated!
