A lady in Springbok contacted me with information about a pup that she no longer could keep and offered to arrange for the pup to be delivered to my doorstep by Universal Pets Transport Agency. I just had to pay R1000 for the transport. The agency supplied me with all the banking details. I refused to pay before I had the pup and they suddenly became very rude.
