March 2013 my mum fell sick and passed away on the 30th March. There was a flight I had booked for her to go to Cape TOwn with me which I could not use so Kulula at the time (she was still in hospital at this stage) was kind enough to advise that they will create a travel bank for her. I have all the relevant confirmation emails etc. In this process my mum passed away and when I called to use the money in the travel bank, I was told there is no money and if I could please send my mums death certificate which I did. Too date there is still no money there after me receiving a confirmation email from the travel bank. I have called a few times and have been told that I would be called back and nothing. Today i did another follow up, I am totally disgusted and dissapointed with the service and the process I had to folllow which was hard for me at the time and still the money is not reflected.
