I booked a flight on 13 November with Kulula for my family to travel on the 6th of December. Being unable to travel on the 6th of December, made changes at OR Tambo to travel the next day on the 7th of December 2012. It is these changes that Kulula employees decided to double dip into my account on the basis that the transactions were not going through on their system. I realised the debits on my account a week later and raised it with kulula call centre and was referred to Eben Debbs. The gentlemen was very polite and seemed helpful as i provided my bank statements. Over 80 days since my complaint, all they say is they are busy investigating. They have neither confirmed or denied my allegations. Whether they refund me or not i will never fly kulula ever again and now proudly belong to the antikulula movement.
