Another week has passed, another week of pathetically bad internet. I have yet another asinine, meaningless email from some clerk in MTN telling how grateful they are that I told them what a bunch of useless they are and how bad their service is. Then comes the usual lie
"Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels."
Note that there is no commitment to actually doing anything, no timing, no contact person. In other I am being told to go and get because clearly they are just not interested.
Next week I will continue until this issue is addressed
