SHOCKING RESPONSE TO CUSTOMERS

We would like advice that this matter is receiving priority attention. We anticipate a resolution of the issues within the shortest period possible, looking at all various alternatives.

To Date I have had no response since I received the reply above. I received my airtime for Januaty on the 22nd. but still no mention or explanation about my December airtime. It cannot be that difficult to sort out as my phone was not used for over a month while I was out of the country. All I can say is that if the tables were reversed and I owed MTN airtime I would have been sued or charged with for airtime but because I am just another unhappy "customer" it does not matter. What staff are employed by MTN that they cannot sort out a simple error when I was told that the airtime was loaded and then "just disappeared" off my phone, I will take this matter further if I get nowhere
