I would just like to complain about the poor infrastructure that Telkom Provides me @ a premium of R450 a month. Last month I had an issue where my ADSL lines Latency was very unstable, i logged numerous calls but because the problem happened at night only i was unable to get the problem solved for around 3 weeks. The problem seems to have cropped up yet again, where on weekends and evenings i am unable to play games because my latency to the servers fluctuates between 50ms - 600ms. It is never stable. What makes it worse is i compete in a Online Gaming Tournament which is hosted by telkom and i am unable to compete effectively because of the problem. I really wish telkom could sort out their infrastructure which is already so overpriced.
