Another week has passed and the only difference is the MTN internet is even WORSE than usual. But I got the same banal, treacly mouth email (I've received about half a dozen by now). Once again they apologise for the appalling service, and how much they appreciate me telling them what i think of them, and the they finish with the usual lie,
"The matter has been escalated to the technical management team for urgent investigation"
What a load of codswallop!
Let me spell your problem out for you MTN, you have deliberately oversold the available bandwidth, you did this cold-bloodedly, knowing that you were incapable of delivering the internet service you advertised.
