I am an Amway independent business owner. I took the Vodacom contract on the basis of Amway being such a service and customer oriented company. Vodacom certainly does not live up to Amway standards.
I bought an iPhone in 2012. To date the phone has either been in for repairs (still is), and has not worked properly for 50% of the time that I was trying to use it. I am paying for a handset which I do not have. Vodacom seems content to take my money via debit order every month and leave me with handset and therefore no service.
This is the third time I am complaining. The last person to call me from Vodacom hung up on me.
