A week ago I was called by someone who offered me a contract from Vodacom. I was under the impression that I will get a Blackberry handset. When the parcel arrived it was a Nokia Asha which I do not want. When I called Vodacom I was told the handset was delivered by a 3rd party. I then called the courier company whom send they were not responsible, their part was only to deliver the handset. I then called Vodacom again and was advised to call Real people. I have called them however they do not answer. I find it unacceptable that the person who sold me the contract says they are calling from Vodacom and a Vodacom sim is delivered to me yet I'm referred to a company that does not exist to get assistance. I do not want the handset and have been trying to get hold of these people from the day the handset was delivered.
