I was traveling in the Eastern Cape and I happen to have left my blackberry charger at home. Naturally I decided to buy one and made sure that I would buy a reputable on a Blackberry certified product as I knew it would last me for a long time. Unfortunate to this I bought it on the 18th April 2013 and it stops working on the 26th of April this was in less then 10 days??? How can this be? I need to return the product but I don't live in Kokstad nor do I go there often and I am told that no other Vodacom store can assist me?
