I bought a new iPhone last year. For 50% of the time I had the phone, it was either overheating, loosing power, or being repaired by Vodacom. When they eventually wanted to twice provide me with a refurbished phone, I refused, insisting that I had contracted for a new phone. Yesterday, 13 April 2013, someone called from customer care and insisted that they will only give me a refurbished phone. When I told him that he could keep the phone and that I would never collect the phone, he accepted and hung up. Vodacom should tear up their partnership contract with Amway, as they don't have a clue what customer service and customer satisfaction means. They should take the time to look up the definition. They are prepared to take my money via debit order every month, and leave me without a handset! I AM AMAZED AT THEIR AUDACITY!!!
