Incorrect Communication and Shocking Service

On a regular basis i dial *111# to check my points and would notify that i forfeit 0 points at the end of the month. Suddenly on tuesday i get an sms saying i am gonna lose 38 points the following tuesday if i do not redeem them. This came as a shock to get contradicting info a week prior, i still went on to check *111# and it told me i am gonna forfeit 0 points. I call the customer care, Thandi Nyandeni tells me that *111# would have told me that i am gonna forfeit the points. I tell her but this is not the case. She puts me on hold and gets back to say that any info on *111# would have been incorrect simply because Vodacom knows that they send customers the correct info a week before points expire! I then told her to escalate this to her manager because vodacom then is lying to customers. She said that's not her responsibility nor her job, if i want a manager then i must call in during the week as there are no managers on weekends. I asked for the call ref, she said there is none, I insisted on a Managers name, gave me Pamla Moonsamy. A min later Bridgette calls to say she's the manager and Voda had system problems hence inaccurate info and Pamla does not deal with queries. Shock
