YET ANOTHER UNHAPPY CLIENT

On 29 Mar 13 at around 12pm BIS was de-activated. Paid re-activ., reconnected and straight after merely again de-activated. App. due to arrears. On PAYASUGO? After 4 attempts spoke to lady. Apparently no BIS has been charged by CELL C since Aug 12 and I have to pay another re-activation fee for BIS to be activated once again, notwithstanding establishing not my fault and indeed no peep from CELL C EVER advising that this the case. Make another pmnt or no service. Asked how do I know not gonna b repeat? I was assured that definitely only once. Ha! 29 APR same story. TO A TEE. At least this time friendly lady. Still, I refuse to pay ANOTHER fee but in meantime NO service. I said I need my service re-activated. Wife at work. 2 in the morning need to get hold and only told that someone will only be looking in on my query on Mon and until then she doesnot have authority to re-activate "without payment" seriously? Not a care that I need to get hold of wife alone at work? Sorry, if u want service pay us our buggerup which we promised won't happen, never advised of or apologised fo
