Another complaint from me. Since the 31st of March 2013 I've been permanently de-activated from the network. FOR NO REASON AT ALL!! I didn't ask to be de-activated. I phoned Cell C and they told me I was in arrears on my account since November 2012. To my knowledge they block your phone when you are one month in arrears. When I phoned again on the 2nd of April they told me there was a system error and some of the clients were wiped from the network. My husband is at the Cell C shop in Mall at Reds and they told him I didn't pay as well. When I phone they say my account is up to date. What the is going on at Cell C? I want to know why I am de-activated from the network. No one seems to know and I'm fed up with Cell C. Their service is poor and their personnel don't know what's going on either!!! I need an answer and I need my phone reconnected. I'm on the phone with one of the consultants as I am typing and she is talking about a sim swop and things that doesn't make sense. What now Cell C?
