We upgraded our contract yesterday at Makro as Cell C sent us an sms to say we are due for an upgrade. On getting home, we realised that the BIS was not working. I phoned Cell C and they informed me that the Department was not open to activate the BIS and if they activated the BIS, I would be charged extra. As the BIS was part of the contract, they would escalate and it would then be activated the following day. I phoned today and now the lady says that the BIS would only be activated on the 12th November and until then I would have to pay for BIS. Really unfair I think, as they are charging me the new contract and take away all our free minutes and still think we must pay for BIS. Please could someone that knows what they are talking about contact me!!!
