My wife being in N-Zealand, we arranged to phone and speak around 21:00 hours on Monday night. Took half day off to get cell c contract and get everything in place for the long awaited call. Lady at cell c promised me that everything would work and that call rates are low even to international countries etc. So bought new phone and cell c 99/min contract.. what a wow. Before I left the shop..I asked again if everything was activated. The girl replied that she fixed everything in the shop and that the card is activated, data loaded, etc etc.
Come 21:00 hours all excited and what do I get when I phone... a message ..sorry your card has not been activated for international calls, please contact cell c...!!! This is the type of, we don't need from a so called professional service provider. Next question is ..how long will I battle to get this sorted out?
