On the 16th of July i activated bis instead of z10 internet services. I picked that up after 2hrs of activation. I then called cellc call centre to deactivate so that i ll activate the z10 one. I asked them to refund me... they logged a case for me. i ve never received a feedback, i had to call them myself. When the agent checked she said 140 called me. I believed that i should get my R57.00 back even if i was the one that activated it by mistake. The agent said i wont get it cos it was a self service.
So i need cell c to refund me. The excuse that they give me that since i am the one who activated the service i wnt get my money or airtime back is so lame. They are me because i didnt use it.
