Account De-Activated

Cell C cancelled my account of the 1 April 2013 for no reason. I spent 2 hours in the PMB branch on the phone to Cell C. The representative told me my account had been transferred to the lawyers and the account de-activated, he could not give me a reason why. He then said he would give me a new sim card and reserve my old cell number and activate it on the new sim card. He said it would take up to 48 hours. As of this morning, the account was still not activated and when I spoke to the same consultant, he said he took Thursday and Friday off and was only starting to work on the account today. So it doesn't matter to Cell C that my account is on hold for eight days, that no one can get ahold of me on that number or that I can't use that number to call people. Cell C is unreliable and I am extremely upset with them with their bad service and attitude towards a customer.
