On joining my company, it was resolved that I would go off pay-as-you-go onto contract. This was to be done through Nashua Mobile. Our office manager was informed that my sim would be delivered on 26 April 2013. On 25 April 2013, my old sim card is deactivated. This is poor logic, as it means that I have zero service until I get my new sim. I phoned Nashua Mobile on the afternoon of the 25th and explained the problem. They undertook to ensure that delivery of my sim would be prioritised, so that I would receive it first thing on the 26th. I thought it the least that they could do, after causing this issue. I am still awaiting my sim and access to the cellular network. This is not acceptable, especially on a number used for business purposes.
