My phone got lost, went to nashua as my contract is with them. They replaced my sim card but according to them they cannot blacklist the phone as its not their phone I must go to where I bought it, that's a problem as I swapped my previoce one for this one.spoke to mtn and they informed me that the last phone used on nashua sim will show on their system and then they block it.this nashua informs me they can't do.next moment the lady from mtn pitches in nashua and tells the consultant how to do his work wich he still can't do.now they pass the buck and how must I now claim from my insurance without a itc number? Nashua mobile, people never go there
