When I took up a 8ta contract with Nashua Mobile the contract came with a Nashua Mobile gift card. When I tried using the gift card they said I had to activate the card before I could use it. Since May this year I've sending sms' to Nashua as I was told to but it hasn't been activated as yet. And so I went to Nashua Mobile Carlton Centre, Rahim took the card and said he'll have it replaced as he thought there was a problem with the card however since May nothing has happened and Rahim doesn't even give me feedback. Whenever I call him, he always makes up a story and says he'll call back within a few days but I never get a call. Please assist Hellopeter.
