On Friday 05 April 2013, I went into Nashua Mobile's store at Northgate. My purpose was to transfer a company owned contact into my personal name. After completing all the criteria set out on their "cession guideline document", I was still sent to the bank to get bank statements as the ones I had brought were not good enough. They wanted bank-stamped statements (which was not mentioned in the abovementioned document). I duly complied. I was told that the cession would be done within 7 days.
I went back to the store on Tuesday 16 April 2013 to enquire about the cession and whether the contract was now in my personal name. I was told that it takes 7 working days (which was not mentioned on 5 April 2013. I also went in to enquire about an sms I received from Nashua Mobile.

All the lady could say was that I have no BIS on my account (which is total bull). I cannot deal with such incompetence!!! Nashua Mobile hires low calibre, under-trained and uninterested staff!
Oh, and Nashua Mobile have still not even responded to my complaint on Hellopeter.com on 12 April 2013!! Useless!
