In February 2013 I filled in and handed in forms for migration and termination to Adele at Nashua Mobile, Clear water. This was to serve notice that I will not continue with both contracts. One contract was to be deactivated and the other was to migrate to Prepaid as of 1 April 2013. In March 2013, I called Nashua to make sure that all was in order and I was assured that it was. Then 25 April 2013 I was billed for the number that was supposed to be on prepaid. I called Nashua and spoke to Leila and she said that they would refund me for R139.00, that is just the subscription. They are charging me for usage on a contract that I asked them to end months prior to the date. This is unacceptable. I will not get another contract with them and I will advise all my family and friends to do the same. Nashua Mobile are.
