On the 6th April I renewed my mobile contract with Nashua Mobile at the Centurion Mall branch (Mathew), they informed me that the mobile will be delivered to me within 5 to 7 days. When I phoned today (10 days later) to get an update of my delivery, I was informed that Maureen Ramakono from head office canceled my contract renewal without reason and no one from Nashua Mobile informed me. After phoning Nashua Mobile the whole day to speak to Maureen, I was informed every time that she is on lunch (last call was at 16:00, still on lunch). After more than 11 years with Nashua Mobile I am cancelling my contract and moving to Vodacom. Very unhappy with the unskilled people working for Nashua Mobile.
