Nashua Mobile unauthourised debit request refund

On the 29th April Bianca S from Nashua Mobile promise to attend to my query but still awaiting feedback. On the 23rd April a payment of R396 was made by myself into Nashua Mobile Cape Town account and yet on the 24th May 2013 Nashua instructed a company called PM8 (Pty) Ltd for R400.01 to debit my account. I have spoken to Thabiso Mzimba with regards to this and sent him an email as proof that the payment was done on the 23rd April for R396.

But have not received any replies from either of you and this is not acceptable.
