Dear Cell C,
You put a nice big advertisement on your website for the Galaxy S4, telling people to PRE-ORDER the Galaxy S4. So naturally I applied for the PRE-ORDER. You contacted me and told me I was "selected" to get one of the PRE-ORDERS, then was asked if I would like to continue and I said yes then I was told I will be contacted today.
I contacted your call centre to follow-up on above mentioned call and to get more information regarding when I will be receiving my PRE-ORDERED S4, only to be told that I will only be contacted on the 27th where I can apply for the contract and then the phone will be order for me.
I don't know if you fully understand the term PRE-ORDER, if you do a quick google search you get the explanation which is "Pre-orders allow consumers to guarantee immediate delivery on release". Please note the words "guarantee" and "immediate". This is the second time I'm complaining about your advertisements.
If I PRE-ORDER something I expect it to be ready for pickup or delivered to me, because that is what the term means.
I was thinking of giving Cell C another chance as my service provider only to be let down again.
