I ordered two new cell c contracts over the phone sometime last week. I was told that the phone will be delivered in 10 working days. I phoned Cell C today to follow up on the expected delivery date, and was told that my order was sent to some department to check my credit status and they will send me an sms or call me as yet no one from cellc called me to tell me what's happening but when I 1st made the order I was I have 700 points so I do qualify for the order, but when I called today I was told the order will take delivery in 3-4 weeks. 3-4 WEEKS??? This is really pathetic. When people order phones they cannot wait that long. There is a reason they need a contract at that moment and people expect promises to be delivered. I am very disappointed in the response from Cell C.i work in the international transport industry but it takes me only a week to deliver an order to my client here in SA and most of their orders are from overseas. Now to say to a possible client who terminate this whole order coz of the service offered that you will make delivery in 3weeks is shocking to say the least.
