No Help from Cell C with regards to Galaxy Note 2

Went to tygervalley Cell C.Staff was not very helpfull. Waited for 2 years to upgrade. As usual out of stock. Wanted the samsung galaxy note 2 in white. The lady just said they can't order it in white. This is bull. How can you advertise the phone in white. They said there's no order number. The contract is on my mothers name but I pay it, so she had to take of from work to come along to fill in forms. We walked out very unhappy. There was no walking the extra mile. After being with cell c for almost 10 years with not one late payment. The next day I contacted almost 10 shops in the western cape. Not one had the phone in stock. We went to Cell C Cape Gate on the 13th of Feb. To order the phone in white. Very strange that they can order it in white. Today is the 13 March. Still haven't received a single phone call. This is nonsense. Almost one month. No answer at cell c cape gate if you call the during business hours. No reply from customer services when writing a email. I will never ever in mY life ever say something good about cell c. I've had it. Mtn has all the new phones in stock.newly released bb Z10 and note 2.I need a reply. It's gonna take a lot from they're side to convince me to stay with them
