I pre-ordered the galaxy S4 with cell c a while back, I received a call oh the 24th that I have been approved and I should go to Cell C in Cresta to collect my phone on the 27th. I went to Cell C on the 27th as instructed, only to be turned away and told that they are still waiting for delivery and I should come back on Monday the 29th. I went back on the 29th again I'm told that it they are still waiting for delivery, are the phones coming from Neptune? They told me that they will be delivered on Tuesday, but I have a feeling, this is just another I'm being fed, this will probably go on for weeks or months. How long did cell C knew that the phones should be available in stores on the 27th?
My colleagues and friends who pro-ordered with other "service" providers are already using their S4's.
It was a bad move to pre-order with cell C, I am really disappointed with Cell C.
Pre-ordering means I reserved my product and guarantees me immediate delivery on release. But apparently with cell C, it means wait for a while before you get the product. Bad customer sevice.
