I have been with Vodacom for some time now and I currently have 4 contracts with them. Never had any problems with Vodacom service. Cell C has a deal that Vodacom can not beat at he moment, so I decide to give Cell C a chance. First I went to a Cell C store in N1 City shopping centre. They said I'm approved but they do not have stock and will take 2 to 3 weeks. So I left and decided to put myself on the waiting list on the Cell C website. Friday the 3/05/2011 they contacted me offering the contract. I asked do you have stock and the Agent replied Yes. I even selected a coulor and the contract is approved and there is stock of the Samsung Galaxy S4. I asked them how long will it take for me to recieve my phone and they said max 7 working days. I contacted their Call centre today and I was told that the contract was approved on wendsday only. Now they tell me there is No stock. I told the Agent today that they should go listen to my recording and the promises that was made to me on the contract. Asked the call centre to get some one to give me immediate feedback for the agent could not give me an answer. People should be care full what service provider they take. Awaiting Reply?
