The ADSL service has just become so slow for all intensive purposes its unusable! Webpages time out all the time and completing any downloads is just not possible. My download speeds on OOKLA speed tests are at best 300kbps where it was always at least 4000kbps.

where telkom is just like "Oh its the end of the month added usage slowing the net down so just deal with it! "
If there isn't a good explanation and plan to fix this permanently within 7 days I will have to cancel my internet with telkom ADSL. Its just so slow its dysfunctional at the moment.
