SMARTPHONE SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 2

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 from the FNB Website and on Monday 25 March I received a text from FNB to say that my order had been sent to the courier company, and they will contact me within 24 hours to get a physicall address to do the delivery. It is now April 5th and I still haven't received my Samsung product, nor does the courier company have my order. I've made numerous phone calls to FNB to try and find out what happened with my order, but all I get told is "your order has been escalated to the queries department and you will get a call from them within 48 hours". I'm not sure how long 48hours is for FNB, but it is long over for me! I'm not getting any feedback from FNB to tell me what on earth is going on or where my order is!!! On top of this, there is no option on the FNB Website to check on the status of your order, or to ammend your order if necessary. Once you place an order online, this option is then deactivated and you can never use it again. Now how on earth am I supposed to find this product that I ordered if FNB don't know where it is, and your website doesn't allow me to look for myself??? This is very annoying and very disappointing!!! SUM1 pls HELP!!!
