I HAD A PHONE CALL FOR A LADY DOING A PROMOTION FOR VODACOM. SHE STARTED EXPLAINING TO ME WHAT IT IS AND WHEN SHE WAS DONE I TOLD HER NO THANKS AS I ALREADY HAVE 2 LINES WITH MTN. SHE WENT ON ASKING ME HOW MUCH AIRTIME DO I SPEND IN A MONTH, I THEN ANSWERED HER. ONCE AGAIN I TOLD HER THAT I DON'T WAN'T TO BE RUDE. AND THEN SHE PUTT THE PHONE DOWN IN MY EAR.
I THINK IT IS VERY RUDE TO DO THAT. I DID NOT DO ANYTHING WRONG. SO THE CALL AGENT IS BEING TRAINED IF YOU SAY YOU ARE WITH A DIFFERENT NETWORK THEY CAN PUT THE PHONE DOWN IN MY EAR.
PLEASE SORT OUT YOUR STAFF.
