Incorrect charge on account

My upgrade was done on the 03 April. I was advised that the Samsung Galaxy S3 mini needed a micro chip so I took one. I was also quoted for a 500mb data bundle but declined it as the cost was too high. When I received my phone I went into the vodacom shop to do a sim swop and was advised that I do not need a micro chip and that my normal sim card with do. I called Vodacom on the 15 Aprl to ask to return the micro chip and was advised that my sim card will be collected within 3 - 7 working days (S3-TNN20-09DR8) it has now been 8 working days d I was advised by Lawrence it is up to 14 working days now. I am on leave between the 27 April and 4 May. Why has my micro chip that was incorrectly sold to me not been collected as per first TAT. I was charged R92.40 fr the 500mb data which I declined when I upgraded on the 3 April. I was advised by Phindile (23 April) that I will received feedback within 24 hours, as she needed to listen to the call. I still haven't received any feedback. Lawrence said that I must wait for her to get back to me, could be more then 24 hours. I wanted to speak to a manager and there weren't any. I want my account credited back for the sim and data bundle today
