on the 27July i bought a 8ta phone @ jet and it was on promotion, if you buy a phone you get R100.00 airtime. which i didn't receive @ time, i went back to the shop to complain, the lady contacted 8ta which it took forever to get some assistance. they promise to sort the issue and i will get my airtime, which they never kept the promise. i was told im not the only one to complain about this issue. customers buy this phone on promotion but never recieve airme. i went to jet several times but 8ta keep promising to sort the issue. almost two months down the line i still haven't received my airtime.
i hope this issue will be resolve
