Vodacom airtime Disappea

I am fuming, on the 30th of October I was on the line with Vodacom regarding airtime that just disappear from my husband's phone, the lady told me that there was subscriptions loaded she will cancel them, she told me that I can load airtime in 72 hours, still the airtime disappeared, last night the 18th of November I called in again about 9pm and a lady told me that all subscriptions is removed we can load airtime don't have her name with me but her login on the system was - ME_KLUYTRI, I loaded airtime after the call and this morning the airtime is gone again! I spoke to Clise this morning at 8am he said that the subscription has went off, what the what does Vodacom staff not understand CANCEL??? He told me it was for sms net I called them on 012 342 8001 but the reception Millicent said that the manager is not in yet I must call back, Vodacom better see that this money is refunded to my husband's cell phone ASAP...
