Billing is not correct again

On the 6th of March I did speak to a Telkom Consultant named Lengiwe about cancelling my Internet Contract and that I only then will pay the line rental end of March I paid in full again she explained that I have cancelled to late now it's end of April and still I have to pay the full amount. My contract with Telkom actually expired end of September 2012 and Telkom still billed me until now. With the new National Credit act this should not have carried on until now? I spoke to Miemie today and she advice me the adsl contract was never cancelled? I spoke then to Loraine and she also mentioned that Lengiwe that handled my query did not do her part. Telkom please get your act together!!!
